ROTOGRAVURE
BONUS, ECO-Blade and ECOCER are used in rotogravure.
BONUS, this high quality blade is used for all types of substrates and
inks.
ECO-Blade, the blade for the packing industry.
ECOCER, with ceramic coating for long runs and abrasive inks.
FLEXO PRINTING
FLEXO-Blade, for all flexo printing applications. (Wide web packaging
presses, label presses, corrugated pre-print and postprint presses).
FLEXO-Blade - due to its special finish, this reduces blade wear to
a minimum and prolongs the anilox roller life.
ANGLE
The optimum angle of the blade between 60 - 70° thus giving the best
possible wipe.
Having a high angle allows for reduced pressure on the blades tip,
therefore its life is increased.
DYNAMIC ZONE
The pre-ground area ends in a radius to the body of the blade thus
reducing the risk of breaking the lamella.
GRINDING PATTERN
The fine cross grinding of the blade results in the best possible
surface of the lamella.
LAPPING
The blades are lapped at the end of the pre-ground area allowing 100%
clean wipe from the start of each run.
ECOGRAPH blades can last up six times longer - fewer blade changes - ready to run - no bedding in of the blade
